Singapore PetroChina International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the cashflow book and handle the various payments for Singapore company and regional subsidiaries in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and etc. This involves retrieval and compilation of data from in-house treasury system, analysis of incoming and outgoing funds including various currency. Handle day to day treasury payment transactions such as inter-company fund transfer and familiarize with banking online platform such as IDEAL, S2B and etc.
- Liaise with banks to settle internet banking related user and token related issues.
- Collect cash flow forecast from various department and prepare consolidated report. Check and analyze on the cash flow variances and statistics analysis. Follow up with respective stakeholders for the review on the variances.
- Execute FX transactions such as spot, swap and forward and manage all the FX related regulatory or management report.
- Familiar with banking rules and compliance rules and understand the basics of financial report.
- Manage account opening and closure with onshore or offshore banks and subsequent account review and maintenance
- Periodically review the procedure or workflow chart of jobs allocated
- Other ad hoc assigned by team lead

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Banking, Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury business line,
- FX trading experience with banks or via platform is required
- Cash management experience and oil and gas trading background are preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently and self-motivated
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Experience on Bloomberg, SAP or other treasury system is preferred
