We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to support the company in implementing improvements and ensuring compliance across HR and administrative functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of employment regulations in Singapore and Malaysia, and the ability to manage operational and compliance matters effectively.

Job Responsibilities

Human Resource Functions:

- Manage and ensure compliance with employment regulations in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Handle and renew workers’ employment/entry permits, work passes, and related documentation.
- Organize and coordinate staff upgrading and training courses, including regulatory and professional development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Administrative & Compliance Functions:

- Oversee license renewals, permits, and company certifications.
- Handle office administration, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Support and ensure compliance with ISO standards (knowledge of ISO requirements is an advantage).
- Liaise with government agencies, training providers, contractors, and service providers.
- Support management in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of HR and administrative experience (experience in both Singapore and Malaysia preferred).
- Familiar with employment laws and regulations in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance practices is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and support management in driving improvements.
