**Job Description**: - Responsible experiences as managing position of business development in enregy transtion (at least 5 or more years experiences) - Natural Gas / LNG marketing = To cultivate customer relationship and create demands of Natural Gas / LNG in Asia & Pacific markets. - New Energy Business Development = To lead the organization, coordinate with stakeholders / customers / government and other global Sumitomo centers in order to create/develop business opportinities in the New Clean Energy (Clean Hydrogen / Ammonia) in Asia & Pacific region (including creating business plan / financing scheme / getting internal & external approvals) - Offshore Energy Infrastracture business management = To maintain, develop and create "Maritime Energy Solution business", including but not limited to FPSO, FSRU, LNG Bunkering, NH3 Bunkering. - To engage and manage multiple subsidiary companies as a director - Being Responsible to create, manage and to commit the fiscal year budget plan as management position **Requirements**: - At least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University, and finished MBA course - Comprehensive and deep understanding, knowledge, expertise and wide global network in Natural Gas and LNG markets, both in upstream (oil & gas exploration) and inmiddle-down stream businesses. - At least 20 years of experience in Natural Gas & LNG business and have experience both in Gas Upstream and Gas Middle/Down stream businesses - More than 10 years experience in managing staffs / subsidiaries - High proficiency in Japanese and English (both writing and speaking) to effectively communicate with counterparts in Headquarter in Japan, and offices in the region. - Deep understanding of the Japanese Trading House's business development and investments.
