Quality Assurance Supervisor/engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the implementation and compliance of the Quality Assurance System.
- Control and monitor all activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage and maintain QA/QC documents for the entire project, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, and delivery of permanent materials.
- Take ownership of the quality and workmanship of all activities, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Civil, Architectural, and Structural engineering phases that interface with multidisciplinary operations.
- Develop method statements, risk assessments, job safety environmental analyses, Inspection Test Plans, and Checklists based on project specifications.
- Conduct scheduled internal audits at the project site according to the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- Collaborate with the Technical Engineer to submit material submittals to the Consultant.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Senior Manager (QA/QC).
- Review and evaluate the quality of materials at the site, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with the procurement department to uphold quality standards.
- Supervise the implementation of test and inspection schedules, ensuring adherence to procedures. Coordinate with various teams to conduct quality audits.
- Assist employees in understanding and adhering to quality standards, manuals, and procedures. Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain system quality.
- Maintain an efficient system for recording project activities and analyze processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant site personnel for inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a degree or diploma in Civil & Structural / Mechanical Engineering/Architecture or possess an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
