The Healthcare Solutions Manager (“Manager”) is a key commercial position that is responsible formanaging total product lifecycle, including early stage development and delivering Mesh Bio’s healthcare software solutions to customers and partners. The Manager is expected to work together across functions (R&D, Design, Engineering, Solutions delivery) to develop and deliver transformative digital solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Explore and evaluate new opportunities, validate customers, identify healthcare needs where Mesh Bio’s solutions can add significant, differentiated value.
- Ability to wear multiple hats including product, marketing, and business to quickly assess product, technology
- and business risks, competitive landscape, differentiation, etc.
- Perform early-stage needs finding, user research, market analysis and work closely with the design and the engineering teams to quickly build prototypes, test, and improve.
- Deliver value-based demonstrations highlighting Mesh Bio's health intelligence platform's value proposition.
- Lead the customer’s discovery process for new products, helping to unearth customer’s business objectives and current pain points and translate to product URS / design.
- Conduct Proof-of-Concepts/Pilots where necessary to help customers validate technical requirements

**Requirements**:

- Min Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years prior experience working with an early-stage proprietary product in a life science, healthcare, or medical device setting OR experience in a clinical operations setting
- Comfort and confident with speaking to doctors and healthcare professionals
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functions
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects on time and on budget
- Personality requirements: Self-starter, client-oriented, independent, and able to function in a dynamic startup environment.
