As a Food Stall Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food stall. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service to our customers while upholding the quality and integrity of our food offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and ensure that all food items are cooked and presented according to established recipes and standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide information about menu items. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using cash registers or other payment methods. Handle cash or cashless transactions efficiently and securely.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing, sanitization of surfaces, and storage of food items. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor or manager. Assist with restocking and ordering supplies as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient operation of the food stall. Assist with tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, and food storage as required.
- Flexibility: Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects if necessary.
- Applicant is required to have attained Food Safety Course Level 1
