**About The Role**
- As a Procurement & Inventory Executive, you are instrumental in ensuring supply chain robustness for our fast-growing Consumer Products business. These can include both in-market existing product portfolio as well as new product innovation.- You should also be a strong team player as your work will entail close partnerships within the Product Supply team as well as cross-functional Finance and Operations teams.- In these responsibilities, you will report to the Product Supply Senior Manager who is also based in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive engagement with Suppliers for procurement, inventory production and shipment coordination and tracking from production site to Zenyum warehouses
- Generate Purchase Orders and ensuring timely Invoice payments to Suppliers, working closely with internal Finance team in this workflow
- Prepare freight forwarding quotations and paperwork to ensure smooth shipment, import and delivery to Zenyum warehouses
- Maintain key internal procurement and inventory data management systems

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma with 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity (i.e. supplier management, procurement, sourcing, import)
- Good communication and interpersonal team partnership skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Hands-on, attention to details and able to multi-task
- Have good documentation practice
- Able to work autonomously and independent with little oversight
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is required, due to the global nature of our Supplier network, which includes Mandarin speaking vendors
- ERP system user experience and adaptability to new IT systems will be an advantage
