**What You’ll Do**
- Architect and refactor backend services for scalability to handle enterprise-level data volumes and performance benchmarks seamlessly.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring system reliability and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and solve challenges.
- Work with infrastructure teams to scale services and perform root cause analysis.

**What You Bring**
- over 5 years of backend experience, ideally in startups or e-commerce.
- **Proven**track record of architecting backends that successfully scaled to support significantly larger customer bases.
- **Mandatory**: Knowledge of LLMs and optimizing solutions using AI.
- Expertise in Node.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud architectures (AWS, Lambda). React nice to have
- Hands-on experience in developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-scale APIs (REST/GraphQL), event-driven design, caching patterns
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and web security.
- Experience in test-driven development and performance optimization.
