In Singapore, Barramundi Group operates 3 sea farms in the Southern Islands (St John’s Island, Semakau Sea Farm & Senang Sea Farm) as well as land-based operations on St John’s Island Marine Aquaculture Centre (MAC).'

The Engine Driver and Aquaculture position is part of the Singapore farm team and reports to the Sea Farm Manager. **The Engine Driver is in charge of maintenance and upkeep of Barra Endeavour (18m Multi-Category Vessel) and supports key aquaculture operations such as harvesting, net changing and cleaning, fish transfer, and logistics movements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform First Parade Task & Last Parade Task for vessel.
- Responsible for the good efficient running condition and maintenance of the engines, equipment and electrical systems onboard
- Maintain up-to-date records of movements and activities relating to the vessel’s engineering system.
- Responsible for compliance with safety guidelines (SOP & regulatory).
- Perform routine inspection & maintenance on vessel's engines, equipment and structure.
- Liaise with farm ops team and management on farm operations and logistic movements.
- Liaise with contractors & suppliers on logistic operations.
- Plan and execute safe operations of crane, winch and other equipment aboard the vessel.
- Assist with key operations such as harvesting, fish transfer, net changing and cage towing.
- Assist with the housekeeping of vessel to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational functionality.
- Plan, evaluate and execute safe deployment of crane/ winches and movement of the vessel.

Put up incident reports and communicate all issues, incidents and near-misses immediately to minimize downtime and unnecessary delays.

**Requirements**:

- MPA Steersman License (Good to have) or PPCDL (Good to have)
- WSQ Crane operator course (Optional)
- WSQ Forklift operator course (Optional)
- Ability to se locating devices, including communication equipment, as well as a good understanding of signalling apparatus.
- Proficient in English and have good communication skills.
- Strong team player with a positive work attitude and can collaborate in a multi-cultural and religious environment.
- Respect and obey safety requirements.
- Well organized and punctual.
- Able to maintain good time management and plan movement schedules.
- Basic computer/phone apps literacy
- Comfortable with basic paperwork.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
