**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, document & align organizational wide data flows and gap analysis.
- Develop and maintain privacy related policies including but not limited to Classification, Capturing and Retention of Data, Access and Usage, Masking and Minimization.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to embed privacy-by-design principles to maintain confidentiality of personal information of consumers and employees from point of Ingestion.
- Ensure privacy requirements are properly captured, documented, and implemented.
- Identify organizational privacy risks and propose actionable solutions based on best practices.
- Work collaboratively with Cybersecurity, DPO, and Business function leaders to ensure organizational compliance.
- Maintain current privacy trends, legislations, regulations, and activities to prepare business stakeholders for upcoming changes.
- Drive data privacy programs such as Privacy Impact Assessments, DSAR processing, and Data Inventories.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in Data, Data Governance, or Privacy
- Prior experience in Data Governance and DG Tools (Collibra, Informatica Axon, Purview, One Trust)
- Experience translating regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, PIPL) into actionable technical specifications
- Privacy Certifications a plus
- Experience in Luxury Retail Data and Cross Border data transfer a Plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
