We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team.
- The Kitchen Assistant will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen by assisting with food preparation, cleaning duties, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is in good working order.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Assist with the preparation of food under the supervision of the Chef.
- This includes washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients, preparing basic dishes or components of dishes, and arranging and garnishing dishes as directed. Kitchen Maintenance:

- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and properly maintained. This includes cleaning dishes and utensils, mopping and sanitizing the kitchen area, and disposing of kitchen garbage.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards.
- Team Support: Assist the kitchen team as needed, which may include tasks like clearing the line during busy times or stepping in to help with food preparation and plating.
