**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects related to Access Control System during project deployment from

system designs, installation and commissioning
- Manage day-to-day operations of the project team, plan and deploy available resources

effectively to ensure the projects are running smoothly on time
- Monitor site progress and make necessary arrangement
- Check and submit updated drawing accordingly
- Monitor the operations of project, technically and commercially
- Attend meetings and briefings by customer
- Properly handover to customer completed project
- Brief internal Service and Maintenance Team upon handover of completed projects
- Deliver projects according to schedule, client satisfaction and installation standards.
- Update and Reporting to the Project Manager and responsible for work completed

documentation and follow up on quotations.
- Co-ordinate with customer, contractor, and work closely with internal departments to

ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Supervise and monitor progress of works on site

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Higher NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical) or others
- At least 2 years of working experience in commissioning large scale or at least more than 150 access control doors
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawing for basic setup
- Knowledge in IT, well-versed in both hardware and software in Access Control
- Highly motivated, independent and mature with a positive attitude
- Possess PA and CCTV knowledge is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate, influence and build professional relationships
- Able to travel overseas at short notice

- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
- Working Days: 5.5 days - Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat, 9am to 1pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
