A.CS Consultants Pte Ltd is a Civil & Structural engineering firm looking for a dedicated Architectural Assistant to support our Professional Engineer in handling minor architectural design for minor projects and managing relevant authority submissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the PE in minor architectural design for minor A&A projects.
- Prepare and submit architectural-related approvals to authorities, including URA, BCA, SCDF BP submissions, etc.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from authorities such as URA, BCA, SCDF, NPARKS, NEA, PUB, etc.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies and prepare submission documents as required.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with local authority guidelines for architectural submissions.
- Experience with regulatory processes (e.g., SCDF BP, BCA etc.).
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently, especially in a remote work environment.
- Prior experience in C&S firms or architectural practices is a plus.
