- Design and develop responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces across browsers and devices to improve user experience.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to test and validate usability of features, maintaining a strong user-centric approach.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to frontend development best practices.
- Perform testing and troubleshoot issues, root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions. Provide mentorship and help identify areas of improvements in the code base.
- Work closely with software engineers, business analyst and product managers across locations to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Efficiently manage tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a structured and organized manner.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in development and support.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with hands-on experience using modern frontend frameworks like React and Next.js.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, and a keen eye for clean and visually appealing design.
- Experience in creating design documentation, mockups, and wireframes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop, and translating those designs into high-quality, functional, and reusable code.
- Good understanding of web performance optimization techniques to enhance the user experience across various systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate design and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating frontend components with backend services.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control, ensuring smooth and efficient development workflows.
- Skilled in working with both structured (SQL) and unstructured (NoSQL) databases.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also being a collaborative and supportive team player.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn on the job, adapt to new challenges, and stay updated with the latest technologies.
- Project management experience and full-stack development skills are considered a plus.
