Singapore BW OFFSHORE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. Full time

Drive Technical and Maintenance support to all operating facilities in instrumentation and control systems, including ICSS / DCS / PLC
- Ensure the installations are maintained and managed with respect to regulatory requirements
- Actively contribute with technical and advisory support to Operations Managers / Maintenance Managers and offshore facilities in terms of Instrumentation and Control Systems
- Actively contribute to incident investigation and provide technical support to Emergency Response team as and when required
- Participate in planned shutdown as and when required
- Review and provide the engineering solutions for Management of Change Request from Facilities as per procedure
- Review the Shutdown / Breakdown Reports and verify / carry out Root Cause Analysis
- Update Lesson Learned Register based on Management of Change Request, Shutdown / Breakdown Reports review, Survey / Audit Reports etc.
- Provide in-house training for the offshore team as and when required
- Carry out competency evaluation for onboard E&I Supervisors and Instrument technicians as requested
- Provide budget requirements in terms of maintenance, long term plan and surveys
- Provide input for new project bids and variation orders, based on Lessoned Learned from operating facilities
- Act as a mentor and resource for new employees and less experienced colleagues
- Continuously make suggestions for improvements in all spheres of influence
- Additional responsibilities as required
