**About the Role**
This position is part of our Finance team and a key member to provide expert advice on entity management with respect to audit, tax and company secretarial documentation and accounting matters in our Asia Pacific countries. This role will also manage our internal audit process across the region. In additional to the above, this role will also be expected to perform analysis to support our budget, forecast & our monthly SNOP submission.
**Your Team**
In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Manager.
**What You Will Do**
- Support and manage stakeholders for internal audit process
- Co
- manage local tax and audit statutory requirement for our businesses in APAC, with focus in Australia as well as Singapore, Indonesia & Philippines
- Manage tax related payment & journal postings for all our legal entities
- Balance Sheet Reviews
- Coordination on all accounting & payment matters with GSSC
- Documentation & coding of all financial transactions with GSSC via our various IT systems
- Co-manage & support Fin 21 system for profitability analysis, forecasting and monthly CO-PA closing
- Work closely with team members to improve monthly forecast process, business reviews, ops & budget preparations when needed
- Work with S&OP / Demand planning team to provide financial advisory where needed
**What You Need**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business Administrative or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or related field, with prior experience in internal/external audit and handling corporate tax issues for APAC countries.
- Proficient in SAP & BPC.
**What is Nice to Have**
- Prior experience in consumer electronics or FMCG.
- Good understanding and knowledge of tax and statutory requirements in Asia Pacific
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
- Talent and aptitude to analyze and solve problems independently.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills and possess excellent business acumen;
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility to get the job done.
