MacPherson, Singapore HR Affiliates Full time

Will be responsible for all e-Commerce activities as well as growing online sales on e-store and online marketplaces in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Active management of e-commerce store, e-marketplaces and other online assets
- Achieve sales target, implement improvement plans for the online stores
- Plan and set up promotional offers online to increase sales
- Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance
- Work closely with the Retail Manager on inventory management
- Able to identify new e-commerce trends and industry updates
- Bring innovation forward on new products and processes
- Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaint professionally

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma holder with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Sales-driven
- Meticulous and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
- Working knowledge of HTML and Web Content Management System would be of added advantage
