**Position: Accounts cum Admin Manager**
- Manage the full spectrum of financial accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore (FRSs)
- Manage the month-end closing process and provide monthly reports on financial performance, cashflow management, budgeting together with variance analysis
- Complete year-end closing and prepare financial statements and required schedules for annual audit and various government/regulatory submissions
- Exercise administrative control over the financial operation, including budgeting, payroll/human resource and procurement.
- Liaising with the outsource accounting personnel and auditors
- Review, establish and implement financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts and cash flow, petty cash, administer internal audits, and cooperate with external auditors
- Manage the organisation’s overall governance, risk management andcompliance with regulation
- Ensure accounting and all other systems are efficient in servicing the needs of the organization
- Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by the direct supervisor time to time
- Manage all admin functions in relation to official meetings, including HR support such as on-boarding, submission of grant claims, maintaining records, etc
- Supervise smooth office operations
**Responsibilities**:
- Accounts - AP, AR, GL, FA
- Ensure accuracy of purchase & sales invoices
- Reconciliation of accounts & bank statement
- Inter-company reconciliation
- Prepare monthly GST reporting
- Liaise with external auditors & submit required documents for audit check
- Assist in ensuring that all transactions are executed in adherence to prevailing guidelines
- Responsible for timely closure of monthly accounts for purpose of management and financial reporting
- Budget preparation & monitoring
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Accountancy, Financing and professional qualification in Business Administration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude/Strong motivation/initiative/mature/responsible/Resilient/able to work independently
- Remuneration commensurate with experience and qualification
- Energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
- At least 3 years of Financial Accounting experience in construction industries
