This is a freelance, ad-hoc role, paid on a project basis at an hourly rate.Love creating with flowers? You’ll be part of bringing our floral experiences to life across events, retail, workshops and installations, on a project basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and condition flowers and foliage
- Create floral arrangements for retail orders, corporate gifting, and seasonal drops
- Support floristry setup, logistics, workshops and event operations
- Help maintain studio cleanliness and organisation
- Assist with ad-hoc floral or styling needs as required

**Requirements**:

- Have a passion for flowers, design, and hands-on work
- Are physically fit for some heavy lifting, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
- Are available on weekends and after office hours, depending on project
- Have some experience with floristry or event setup (helpful but not essential)
