**Job Title**:Company Accountant (Excluding Taxation)

**Location**:Kampong Ubi, Singapore

**Company Overview**:
We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a meticulous and proactive Company Accountant to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial health and strategic direction of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**:
Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, including journal entries, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to management.
- **General Ledger Management**:
Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.
- **Month-End & Year-End Closing**:
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
- **Internal Controls & Compliance**:
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial records.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- **Audit Coordination**:
Prepare necessary documentation and liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to management.
- **Cash Flow Management**:
Monitor cash flow and assist in managing the company's liquidity position.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- **Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- **Certifications**:
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous.
- **Personal Attributes**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
