As an Entry-Level PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and administrative functions of project management. You will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure smooth execution of PMO activities, including reporting, billing, procurement, resource planning, and project deliverables. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the project team to prepare program-level presentations, decks, and reports.
- Support administrative tasks related to billing, invoicing, and procurement processes.
- Oversee end-to-end PMO functions, including resource planning, project deliverable management, and project status reporting.
- Work closely with the team to prepare and ensure timely submission of project status reports.
- Attending project meetings, provide updates on project status, and document action items as needed.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining project documentation and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interested in pursuing a career in project or program management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of project management tools or software is an advantage (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Basic understanding of PMO processes and methodologies is a plus.
