Job Summary

An instructor must be able deliver assigned curriculums to students and ensure smooth class deliveries. This would include having in mind dealing with the customers in a professional and ethical way.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- To follow and deliver assigned lesson plans to students (regular classes and camps &/workshops) in allocated centres, executing it to the organization prerogative.
- To support and ensure that allocated classes are being executed and runed smoothly.
- To feedback about curriculum and classes assigned and propose strategies for students that are in line with the curriculum plans.
- To evaluate and write feedback according to guidelines for students in allocated classes and submitted onto Google sheets every 20thlesson.
- To report the malfunction of the equipment’s and also ensure that teaching materials are sufficient for allocated classes. This would include the tardiness of the classroom.
- To ensure photos and videos are uploaded in a timely manner and of standards.
- To address feedbacks and queries from parents in a timely and professional manner with full knowledge of the curriculum and courses.
- To work closely and cordially with fellow colleagues to maintain an effective operation for the Organization
- To ensure that all the job scope or additional job scope is executed in accordance to the directions given by the directors.
- To do all in your power to promote, develop and extend the activities of the Company at all times and in all respects conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions from the directors
- To adhere to any other job scope that is been given by Directors to achieve the desire Vision and Mission of the Organization.

Secondary Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure that the attrition rates (drop outs) and to work towards zero student dropout.

Key Accountabilities
- To deliver lesson plans to allocated classes to best ability with proper class preparations and full knowledge and understanding of lesson plans.
- To follow protocols strictly:

- Report to work 15 minutes before class time for class preparations and receive students 5 minutes before class time.
- Class delivery within 1h 30min time frame.
- Quality delivery of classes and following of lesson plans during delivery.
- Onedrive photos and videos upload and completion of evaluation for trial students by the end of class session.
- Onedrive photos and videos upload and completion of evaluation for regular students by end of class week and specified evaluation respectively.
- To conduct evaluation for students of allocated classes on specified evaluation dates and ensure that feedbacks are submitted by the end of evaluation session.
- To ensure that the environment for learning is enjoyable for students in allocated classes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 3 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
