- **Responsibilities**
- Support implementation of new systems and system changes.
- Manage IT assets and IT systems in terms of supporting, troubleshooting and administration.
- Ensure new PCs are set up in accordance with Company’s policies.
- Support in Cybersecurity matters e.g. PC hardening.
- Work with different stakeholders including internal and external parties e.g. equipment suppliers for IT systems’ hardware and software matters.
- Involve in Disaster Recovery Exercises for various systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Implement changes to systems after office hours including Sundays (when required).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT system support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and computer knowledge.
- Knowledge in AWS cloud, network setup and programming language will be an advantage.
- Possess good attitude, time management, and coordination skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to learn new/latest technologies
- Able to work well independently or in a team environment.
