**岗位职责 / Responsibilities**
- 协助处理日常账务，包括凭证录入、发票管理和对账
- Assist in handling daily accounting tasks including voucher input, invoice management, and reconciliation
- 协助月结与年结账务整理
- Support in monthly and yearly financial closings
- 管理和归档财务文件与会计凭证
- Manage and archive financial documents and accounting vouchers
- 协助报销流程审核与录入系统
- Assist in expense claim review and data entry
- 与其他部门沟通协作，确保账务信息的准确传递
- Communicate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information
- 完成上级交办的其他任务
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

工作时间：周一 至 周五 Mon to Fri 9am-6pm

工作地点: 20 TAN QUEE LAN STREET SINGAPORE 188107 #01-02/03 GUOCO MIDTOWN II （Bugis D 出口）

**任职要求 / Requirements**
- O level，会计、财务管理相关专业优先 O Level, major in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 有初级会计职称者优先 Holding a junior accountant certificate is a plus
- 熟悉会计准则和财务流程，熟练使用Excel和财务软件 Familiar with accounting standards and processes; proficient in Excel and accounting software
- 工作细致，责任心强，具备良好的沟通与团队合作能力 Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: Up to $2,800.00 per month
