We are seeking pioneers with grit and passion, an insatiable intellectual curiosity and a heart for people, to amplify our effectiveness as a team. As the **Platform Operations Executive **, you will be reporting to the Platform Operations Manager.
**Your day to day**:
- Manage the consumer-facing dynamic content on our app.
- Manage end-to-end process of setting up marketing campaigns on the app, including:
- Working with the Partnerships team to gather and document requirements on marketing campaigns.
- Manage and organize the creative assets library.
- Execute simple asset transformations to generate campaign artwork.
- Setting up campaign mechanics and uploading app content.
- Tracking campaign performance and work with partners to optimize mechanics based on data driven insights.
- Promote continuous development by providing feedback to streamline processes and improve products.
- Other tasks as assigned by Platform Operations Manager
- Attention to detail and highly organized with a focus on driving operational excellence.
- Possess strong sense of ownership and ability to work with insight, flexibility and confidence in response to challenging and changing circumstances.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good team player.
- Good business acumen with the ability to balance platform performance and commercial costs.
- Results-oriented and data driven, able to use data to backup decisions and recommendations.
