**You’re a Great Fit If You Have**:

- NITEC or Diploma in **Chemical Process**, **Chemistry**, or related fields
- Minimum **2 years’ experience**in a chemical processing environment
- Willingness to work on **12-hour rotating shifts**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate plant and site equipment **safely and efficiently**:

- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Contribute ideas to **improve plant safety and performance**:

- Conduct basic lab testing and assist during emergencies
- Support team communication and help train new staff
