**The Position**

We are looking for a Group Finance Manager to run the finance organization. Reporting directly to PERSOL APAC’s Head of HR Tech Business, you will be responsible for the overall financial health of the business from managing the monthly financial reporting needs of the business, through to working with the executive team to build long term financial plans and business strategy. You will be based in Singapore, managing a finance team of 9 including 5 direct reports across 3 countries.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Controllership**
- Ensure monthly closing of financial accounts across all subsidiaries are timely, accurate and in compliance with group/ statutory requirements.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with accounting, audit, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements across all subsidiaries.
- Update and implement all necessary financial policies and SOPs, suggest areas to improve existing financial policies and SOPs to improve business efficiency in the region. e.g., to automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational and accounting processes.
- Managing financial reporting and accounting, management reporting, tax, treasury, and compliance to statutory and company’s reporting requirements.
- Lead tax initiatives including interco service level agreement / transfer pricing policy
- Manage cashflow projections and requirements of all subsidiaries

**Business partnering**
- Partner with CEO & local country MDs to scale the business.
- Update and improve financial models, business drivers, and productivity metrics
- Lead annual budget, 5-year plan, and reforecast processes during the year.
- Managing financial planning and analysis and report monthly results vs business plan and forecast to the leadership team.
- Assess risk and opportunity and provide business recommendations.

**Leadership**
- Provide coaching to finance organisation.
- Manage the structure of finance organisation as the business scales.
- Perform regular appraisals and reviews with finance team members.

**Key requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent business experience and 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in a major company/ fast moving startup environment.
- FP&A, Business controllership, and excel modeling experience required.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in presenting the results and analyses to management.
- Proven experience of working with senior management to set the commercial strategy of the business.

Experience leading all aspects of the finance function, including tax, treasury, group planning and reporting, and knowledge of tax regulations across the region.
