**Job Title**:Outreach & Engagement Manager

**The Company**

The DQ Institute (DQI) is an international think-tank that is dedicated to setting global standards for digital intelligence education, outreach, and policies. Working together with international agencies and local partners, DQI builds multi-stakeholder coalitions that advance its mission and help people worldwide. It is registered as a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit charity organization in the US and a public company limited by guarantee in Singapore. Its affiliated organizations are DQ Lab Pte Ltd, a global social enterprise based in Singapore.

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**

l Identify key decision makers among stakeholders and work with the team to implement an outreach strategy.

l Organize stakeholder engagement meetings.

l Conduct presentations at external meetings with senior executives.

l Actively follow up on leads and opportunities and push for membership.

l Work with colleagues to promote membership in global task force to drive sustainability in the digital world. Targeted members include financial institutions, multinational corporations, non-government organizations, governments and academic institutions.

l Support projects to identify clients’ Digital ESG issues and metrics.

l Stay up to date on industry-specific ESG knowledge necessary to have credible diagnostic conversations.

**Requirements**:
l Able to lead discussions and represent DQ Institute on ESG to government bodies and large companies.

l Knowledge of risks related to technology supply chain and cybercrime.

l Good writing skills.

l Vibrant, warm personality who enjoys networking and business development.

l Independent, self-motivated, results oriented and enthusiastic team player with a positive, “can do” attitude.
