Trade Compliance Manager

**Job Summary**:
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Act as a partner concern point of contact for BU escalation issues including screening, holds releases, product issues, country of origin, self-assessment etc.
- Be responsible for/review self-assessment results and internal audit findings, and provide mentorship on the assignment of corrective actions, and supervision for completion of actions.
- Actively participate in the Global/Asia Regulatory Compliance team initiatives to develop program improvements and standardization, lead special projects, trainings and workshops
- Ensuring Due Diligence is consistently in place on all transactions entered into Oracle Global Sales Order Entry Form.
- Providing mentorship to proposal, order entry, order execution and order screening functions on areas related to Checkpoint & Trade Compliance.
- Evaluating and interpreting all applicable AP government Import/Export rules and regulations pertaining to movement in and out of country and ensure compliance, including Embargo and Sanctioned Country Regulations/Restrictions, Nuclear sales, Strategic Goods, etc.
- Identifying and implementing Compliance Procedures and Policies; plan, develop and conduct related training for all applicable MSOL personnel across AP.
- Implementing and maintaining a full Trade Compliance audit program for imports and exports.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Degree in Engineering or Business-related field with 5 or more years of confirmed experience in a trade compliance environment preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of Customs and Logistics Terminology, including Import & Export Compliance.
- Validated leadership and ability to work within a matrix structure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and consistent record in continuous improvement.
