1. Role Description:
This position is responsible for driving sales growth and managing interior design projects within the company. This role requires a combination of sales expertise and project management skills. The Sales and Project Manager will actively engage with clients, identify their design needs, and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements. They will also manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential to building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and achieving project success.

2. Specific Responsibilities:

3. Competencies:
Have a solid understanding of project management principles and practices. Be able to plan, organize, and execute interior design projects effectively. This includes managing timelines, resources, budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong sales skills, including prospecting, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing abilities. Understand customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and build strong relationships with clients.
Possess a good understanding of interior design concepts, trends, and materials. This knowledge allows you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their design preferences, and provide expert advice and recommendations.
Have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. This includes active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to present ideas and proposals professionally.
Understand financial aspects related to sales and project management, including budgeting, cost estimation, and profitability analysis. Monitor project expenses, ensure adherence to budgets, and seek opportunities to enhance profitability.
Possess effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Efficiently allocate resources and optimize project workflows to maximize productivity.
