Our client is a well-established brand in the Business Consulting and Services industry and they are looking for a passionate and driven
**Consulting Associate **to join their team.

The expectation is for him/her to play an active supporting role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing, and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, and helping to implement change. Early on, the Associate will be responsible for a well-defined part of their team's work. They are typically involved in discussions with, and presentations to client stakeholders.

Key accountabilities:

- Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment
- Analyze complex information, synthesize and produce clear written outcomes and recommendations

- Effectively communicate (written and oral) with and manage client stakeholders
- Work closely with client and project managers to set the scope and schedule of the project
- Develop insightful presentations to make the case for change
- Work alongside our internal and technology teams to develop business proposals
- Identify areas of improvement or innovation that can be drafted into a project

Qualifications:

- All-round achiever and outstanding academic record from a top-tier university
- Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (e.g. advisory/consulting, start-ups, investment banking)
- Fluent in English and preferably in another regional language
