Singapore STARKEY HEARING TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

The National Sales Manager - Singapore, is responsible for the development and growth of Starkey Singapore, a new international facility of Starkey Hearing Technologies.

Reporting to the Vice President - Asia Pacific Sales, you will be ensuring profitability of the Singapore operations, revenue growth and good cash management. This should be accomplished by building a culture of outstanding customer service, strong internal relationships with colleagues, growing market share, talent acquisition and retention, and establishing a rewarding environment of which successful people wish to be involved.

Job Responsibilities:

- Being the head of wholesale representative in Singapore and ensuring local alignment and execution with the regional strategies and objectives.
- Direct responsibility for the management of the Singapore Government Tender business, Singapore wholesale business and day to day facility operations.
- Direct Line Management responsibility of Customer Service.
- Shared Management responsibility of Training, Operations, HR, Finance and Marketing
- Mentoring, developing and leading the local team to achieve market share growth and achievement of financial objectives.
- Fostering communication and interaction across functions to insure consistent best practices are in place in alignment with company values and strategic direction.
- Ensuring Singapore facility complies with all Singapore and company regulations and policies.
- Annual budget forecasts, P&L and long-range planning responsibility for Singapore wholesale business
- Developing business KPIs and implementing training and personal development programs which support corporate objectives along with local talent management and succession planning.
- Assuring that all other reports and inquiries are reported to Vice President - Asia Pacific Sales and HQ on time and in full.
- Ensure positive teamwork and synergies are maintained with the Hearing Solution retail business
- Provide additional support as needed to affiliated Starkey Businesses in Malaysia and Indonesia
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

**Job requirements**:
Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent, Masters of Business Administration highly regarded
- 10+ years of business, with roles of ever-increasing responsibilities including experience in global organization preferred, of which 5+ years of direct sales responsibility preferred
- Management experience in a similar size business or business unit, with experience across multiple functional areas highly regarded
- Clinical background in Audiology highly regarded
- Experience in Hearing Aid / Healthcare related Industry highly regarded
- Knowledge / Technical Requirements
- Strong selling skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- P&L and budgetary experience highly regarded
