1. Responsible for the day to day business operation of AliExpress’s payment company in Singapore.
2. Build partnership with global banks and major payment institutions. Research on partners’ cash and FX capabilities, and select the most favorable institutions for business cooperation.
3. Research on the business model and compliance policy of oversea funds management practice in local market.
4. Work closely with HQ in China such as internal Legal, Compliance, Product and Technology teams to provide commercially viable advice on the growth strategy of AliExpress’s Finance Center.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 10-15 years of experience with global banks, major payment institutions or card schemes.
2. Strong understanding of regulatory environment and hands-on experience of regulator engagement.
3. In-depth knowledge of Global Cash Management, Cash Clearing, Liquidity Management, FX, Bank Credit, e-Commerce Acquiring and various online payment methods.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role will need to coordinate with HQ in China
5. Ability to work under pressure.
