The **Security Team Leader **assist the Assistant Security Manager to ensure safety and security for customers and employees in the hotel and to protect personal and real assets in the hotel.
Our Expectations:
- Responsible for all emergency evacuations to ensure the safeguarding of the life of employees and guests such as fire outbreaks, bomb hoaxes, and acts of terrorism.
- Responsible for the peace and order within the hotel and its premises.
- Assist the Assistant Security Manager in all matters pertaining to work place safety and security.
- Ensure that security staff on duty provide prompt and courteous service to parties concerned regarding security as well as non-security matters.
- Responsible and ensure that every security personnel assigned task are completed on time and according to requirement.
- Enable employees to play a contributory role in security through Security Awareness Program.
- Responsible for the carpark Management and ensure that daily reports, open barrier are checked signed as per hotel’s policy.
- Prepare security and carpark team monthly roster.
- In-charge of security personnel during working time.
- Ensure sufficient manpower rostered for each shift before submitting to Assistant Security Manager for final approval.
- Ensure the overall performance of security personnel is effective through monitoring counselling and disciplining staff.
- Conduct daily briefing for security personnel to ensure that policies and procedures are being complied.
