**Role Description**:
This position will be part of our Business Circulation team and will report to our Head of Circulation Marketing based in Singapore.

Serving as the linchpin between circulation operations and project management customer service, the Senior Marketing Executive is instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of circulation business activities and exceptional service to our subscribers and stakeholders. This role plays a crucial part in driving successful circulation outcomes while fostering long-term relationships with subscribers and agents alike.

This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communication and marketing administrative skills, capable of being an effective team player and ensuring the success of our marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in social media postings on our social media platforms for promotional activities
- Driving creative campaigns, designing cover pages and crafting descriptions for single copy sales
- Generating invoices for freight and service charges, ensuring accurate account billing to our clients on a monthly basis
- Managing order activations, subscriber letters, and billing for client magazine subscriptions in coordination with relevant teams
- Coordinating with the Singapore and Malaysia fulfilment teams to process subscriber data, producing carrier sheets, creating job instructions (JI), and ensuring timely delivery to operations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred
- Minimally 2 years of proven experience in marketing and circulation, preferably in the publishing/logistics industry
- Familiarity with circulation management systems like ZecTech will be a plus
- Ability to confidently present and pitch ideas to internal/external stakeholders
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong command of written and spoken English as we operate globally with many international clients
