Establish, implement and maintain the QC system for products that need to comply with ASME codes.
- Initiate quality programs and report to the QA/QC manager for the current product quality level.
- Develop Inspection Test Plan (ITP), inspection and testing procedures.
- Supervise and guide the team of QC inspectors and administrative assistant.
- Assist in internal & external audits per the company’s QHSE systems.
- Assist the QA/QC manager in the operations of the QA/QC department.
- Prepare, control and maintain the QA/QC Manual in accordance with ASME codes & ISO standard.
- Perform inspection in accordance with ITP requirements.
- Coordination with 3rd Party Inspector or NDE Inspector to perform the inspection.
- Oversee the equipment calibration record.
- Any ad-hoc assignments were given by QA/QC Manager.
