**Responsibilities**:

- Process ecommerce orders and manage day-to-day administration duties.
- Coordinate with courier companies regarding customers’ consignments.
- Assist and support the Ecommerce team on campaign executions.
- Assist with website content management.
- Other related ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- Pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing & Communications, E-Commerce or related disciplines
- Interest in ecommerce and appreciation for coffee and luxury retail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sales oriented, customer centric, adaptable, and a creative thinker who is able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Media, Internet and social media savvy
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
