Key Responsibilities include:

- Projection of crew and instructor manpower requirements that meet operational and strategic needs, training demands and company’s long term plans
- Prepare the manpower budget for pilots, coordinating inputs from various stakeholders and senior leaders in Flight Operations division
- Develop strategies to manage movement of pilots across fleets for operational, developmental and strategic purposes
- Create and review crew operating patterns (COP) to maximise cost efficiency and crew productivity, while ensuring that these comply with regulations
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders for review and implementation of COPs, taking into consideration efficiency, operational requirements and other related factors
- Review the projection to crewing requirements, as well as COPs, whenever there are network changes
- Work with the IT department on the requirements, testing and implementation of a manpower planning system

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Statistics, Engineering or an Aviation related discipline
- Entry level applicants will also be considered
- Creative problem-solving capability
- Analytical and has a keen interest in numbers
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team
