1. This program's objectives are to support the operational resilience framework's development and maturity to comply with Business, Group and Regulatory requirements.

2. Key Deliverables to support APAC CIB Operational Resilience Program:

- With global, develop a multi-year global Operational Resilience roadmap
- Carry out a gap analysis of the resilience of critical business services
- Review and end-to-end document mapping of processes and assets
- Identify gaps and areas of improvement including implementation contingency solutions against the 15 risk playbook scenarios
- Implement a group operational resilience testing strategy for risk scenarios to enable continuing maturing
- Identify and ensure APAC business and regulatory requirements are considered under global initiatives
- Proactively interact with core supporting business and infrastructure partners to achieve program objectives
- Track and report the status of project deliverables
- Escalate gaps, issues and findings during assessment and delivery phases to APAC Head Operational Resilience
- Prepare the slides to support the various OR APAC and Group committees
- Work closely with the Global team of a similar program to ensure synergy and consistency in all aspects of the project
- Support Adhoc program risk reports, papers, and recommendations
- Support wider OR pillar overlapping programs to create synergies and alignment on:

- 1. Component Contingency (Loss of a single critical component)
- 2. Extreme Cyber Scenarios
- 3. Design Cyber Recovery Solutions
- 4. Design Regional Datacenter Solution
- 5. Live play Reporting Industrialization

3. Your profile:

- An understanding of Operational Resilience methodology
- Have worked in Financial Services/banking with knowledge of one or more key business/infrastructure lines (Front Office, Back Office, IT & Operations including Risk Management)
- Evening calls may be required due to global program alignment
