**Requirements**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop architecture and design documents that provide detailed specifications for the proposed solution.
- Lead the technical team in implementing the solution, ensuring that it is delivered on-time, within budget, and meets the client's expectations.
- Define best practices, standards, and processes for data management, ETL, and data governance.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency of the solution.
- Ensure that the solution is highly available, secure, and compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

**Benefits**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with expertise in Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift.
- Strong understanding of big data architecture, data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team of technical experts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift are a plus.
