**About Us**:
Little Earth Education is Combining the best of Asia and Western education and integrates Singapore’s mature education system into its training curriculum for its collection of educational courses for children and adults. We advocate an interactive learning atmosphere, focusing on the cultivation of language, and social and emotional intelligence.

**Job Scope**:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of the centre admin work, such as attendance, records, and tracking of individual student schedules.
- Contact parents about attendance and changes via calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate and arrange lessons for students and teachers.
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service.
- Ensures the safety and well-being of the children all the time.
- Food-serving & prepare tea breaks for students.
- Prepare monthly reports for management.

- Fun-loving, creative with desire and ability to work with children aged 5 to 12 years old.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, discipline, responsible & caring.
- Dedicated, reliable, great teamwork & able to multitask.
- Organized and Good Administrative Skills
- Poly & University Fresh Graduates are welcome, no experience is required.

**Experience & Qualification**
- Minimum Diploma with admin experience preferred.
- Welcome students and fresh graduates apply.

**Working Locations & Hours**
- 5-8 hours per day, 3-5 days' work per week - Weekday.
- Working location is at Tampines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
