**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist R&D with new products development
- Maintain a well-organized lab and cleanliness of equipment, operate safely in laboratory environment by maintaining high level of SHE standard.
- Create good internal communications within Singapore team and global experts.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemistry, Material Science or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in soft substrates coating is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in polymer is an added advantage.
- After internal training finished able to work on multi projects independently (from start to technical approval by customer)
- Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, creative thinking, analytical mindset, diligent and with a high level of tenacity.
