**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain comprehensive understanding and updated knowledge of the **international regulations and standards applicable to the company products.**:

- Work closely with the R&D and innovation team to **ensure regulatory compliance during and after the recipe formulation.**:

- Work with distributors to drive registration activity in target countries.
- Develop regulatory affairs database, ensuring valid technical, claim substantiation, and regulatory documentation is available and constantly updated in the company database.
- Ensure all **market registrations and other documentation **required for access of products into importing countries are obtained, prepared, and available as required by the business
- Provide regulatory expertise to cross-functional teams, making regulatory decisions as required.
- Utilise technical regulatory skills to propose strategies on complex issues to achieve the necessary levels of compliance.
- Implement regulatory-related policies and standard procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **3-5 years of relevant and demonstrable Regulatory Affairs experience in food industry.**:

- **Good knowledge of food legislations of Europe and Asia Pacific countries.**:

- Able to provide regulatory guidance to internal and external customers quickly and concisely.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin (Knowledge of Chinese language to communicate with business partners in Asia markets.)
