**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out general maintenance of building like simple electrical, mechanical and plumbing work
- Supervise contractors in carrying out maintenance work of building.
- Supervise, manage and train junior team members
- Member of Company Emergency Response Team to respond to workplace emergencies like fire, chemical spillage, etc.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum NITEC in Facility Management / Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in maintenance of building or worked in BCA approved contractors.
- Knowledge in basic maintenance work, workplace and fire safety will be an added advantage
- Willing to work on the weekend
- Saturday ( at least twice a month) and on Sunday (1- 4 times a year)
