Lead **end-to-end project delivery** of Detica/NetReveal solutions, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
- Define and drive the **functional and technical roadmap** for financial crime and fraud management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA, to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage **stakeholder expectations**, working closely with business and IT leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure **agile/waterfall methodologies** are effectively applied throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Provide functional expertise in **financial crime detection**, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), fraud prevention, and compliance monitoring using NetReveal.
- Work with business teams to gather **requirements**, define **use cases**, and translate them into **technical specifications**.
- Oversee solution design, configuration, **rule development**, and implementation of NetReveal modules.
- Drive **data analysis** and optimization of fraud detection models using NetReveal.
- Ensure **regulatory compliance** and adherence to **industry standards** (FATF, KYC, AML, GDPR, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in **IT project delivery** within financial services or risk & compliance domains.
- Hands-on experience with **Detica/NetReveal** implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of **financial crime detection, AML, and fraud prevention** processes.
- Proven ability to lead **complex projects**, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Expertise in **functional and business analysis**, defining use cases, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working with **data analytics, SQL, and ETL processes** related to financial crime detection.
- Strong understanding of **regulatory frameworks** such as FATF, KYC, AML, and OFAC.
