- Maintain and handle coating process samples, validate processes, and establish the sample database
- Improve mass production yield, optimize processes, and coordinate resources

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the coating industry
- Proficient in operating evaporation coating equipment and optimizing processes
- Familiar with FACA
- Understand the AS/AF evaporation coating process
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure
