Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure all documentations of the process are maintained consistently and regularly
- Ensure food quality of product manufactured and raw materials received are up to specification
- Monitoring and maintenance of correction and corrective action rectification from suppliers, in house inspections and daily routine checks
- Application, submission, establishment, preparation, monitoring and maintenance of documents required
- Conduct periodical food safety and hygiene inspections and training where evidence of compliance is lacking
- Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience as a Quality Control in Food manufacturing
- Well-versed with HACCP & ISO standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with production team
- Able to work independently
- Able to back up colleagues on ad-hoc basis in other areas
- Working location: Woodlands Senoko
- Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8:30am - 5:30pm; after confirmed, Alt Saturday, 8:30am - 12:30pm
