Singapore New Life Community Services Full time

The Associate Researcher plays a key role in supporting the mission of New Life Community Services by conducting research, analysing data, and contributing to evidence-based practices. The incumbent will work closely with the research team to collect, interpret, and disseminate information relevant to the agency’s programs and services.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and research to identify evidence-based practices relevant to our service areas
- Analyse current services and identify areas for improvement based on evidence and data
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks for existing programmes to assess effectiveness and impact
- Collaborate with services to co-design new programme models or enhancements to existing ones based on evidence-based insights and research findings
- Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders, with findings and recommendations
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on evidence-based practices and data-informed decision-making
- Source for and develop resources and tools to support staff in implementing research-informed approaches
- Stay updated with the latest research and trends in social services and share knowledge with the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Arts, Social Work, or equivalent in any discipline
- At least 3 years of experience and strong knowledge in social sciences and research methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent team player and able to work independently
