**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients and collaborators.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to guarantee client happiness.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the microbiology sector.
- Manage accounts with recurring revenue and handle contract renewals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless solutions to our customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to determine potential impacts on sales.
- Address backorders and find suitable alternatives for customers.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of proven track record in sales within in-vitro diagnostics, clinical microbiology or related scientific field.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field with equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and motivated by achieving goals.
- Understanding of In-Vitro Diagnostics and it's testing requirements.
