As a Specialist for the Programme, you will be part of the team to:

- Input into the system and prepare submission to the reviewer for management approval
- Generate and issue the Letter Of Offer to companies
- Follow up with companies on the timely return of Letter Of Acceptance, claims submission, termination, claw-back (if any) and appeals
- Provide support relating to the Grant management system, including performing User Acceptance Testing and change requests
- Assist with grant audits, such as drafting responses to audit queries
- Co-create solutions for process improvement

**Requirements**:

- Driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of initiative with good time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong in administration, meticulous and well-organised in planning and execution of work
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
